[svlug] We're on new hosting for the mailing lists

Sarah Newman just did an amazing job quickly migrating SVLUG's ramshackle
mailing list server's contents and services.  Services are now running in
a chroot jail on a Xen virtual host at Luke S. Crawford's excellent
local VPS service, prgmr.com .

More of that probably to come.  (This is partially in the nature of a
test posting.)  Meanwhile, heartfelt thanks to Sarah Newman and
prgmr.com .
