It's all redhat. Even atom servers are 64 bit these days.

I think a 32 bit build of centos 7 is a possible SIG candidate if someone had the interest and
resources to step up http://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup Fedora still has a 32 bit build, so
it's feasible.
