Oh definitely! What the CSR says on the phone and what the tech does at
the house and charges for are two _completely_ different things. The two
departments pretty much have _zero_ communication with each other.
Mindfully, this comes from experience on the AT&T side but Comcast isn't
It's all about pressure sales and billing cycles. Get it installed and
bill for everything. Customer service doesn't matter as long as the
money comes in.
