Nope, and I _think_ that's about in the target zone.  However, restart with
the -s option and you'll know for sure.

Check the manpage carefully, as it's possible that using -o option causes
badblocks to -only- output the list, i.e., provide information only.  I do
know that outputting that list to file and then feeding that list to mkfs
ensures uses of the information.
