[svlug] Booting to different kernel?

Ubuntu vmlinuz-2.6.32-61-generic-pae locks up my networking after an
update this morning.

Holding down the shift key and booting to 2.6.32.60, and things work
fine.

How do I boot to 2.6.32.60, permanently?
