Yeah, well, I belatedly read through all the details in that
mumbo-jumbo-laden 'notice', and this one uses quite a bit of the DROA-style 
language that makes it look shallowly like a domain renewal notice, but it 
is neither a renewal nor a transfer.  It's SEO services [sic].

$75/year for the usual worthless link-farming rubbish.  But I still say it
seems to be designed to panic inattentive domain owners into paying under
the mistaken impression that their domains are about to expire.
