[svlug] Can't create database horde-5.2.1

I struggled with Horde for some time as well. If you're using it for webmail, "Creating and updating database tables" was done at the point of "running the webmail-install script" on my system (Ubuntu 13.10 server). I assume it would work equally well with psql as mysql, although everything I use defaults to mysql, so I don't know for sure.
If I recall correctly, I installed the packages and then ran the script. I know I started by installing the packages, and the web page at https://tutorials.getclouder.com/install-horde/ gave me the idea of running the script. There were other steps to get mail working, but it doesn't sound like you're to that point yet.
