[svlug] Playing .wmv video files

Can somebody suggest a video playing program that will play .wmv videos?
The file program says of them, for example:

  file 17.wmv
  17.wmv: Microsoft ASF

My context is:

  Red Hat Enterprise Linux Version 6.3
  Kernel Version: 2.6.32-279.5.2.el6.x86_64
