Whats some good value suppliers of managed hosting to run a user group?

I want a few web pages, a mailing list or two, and a few wiki pages.
It should be turnkey. No lots of time doing admin for like spam
filtering on the mailing list.
*nix. 
Not free, w/ ad or click tracking.  I want to pay a few bucks, & own all
my
data.
Maybe for 10-100 people on the mail lists.

Any BRICs into this?

Fyi:  Ive run BerkeleyTIP on google for 4 yrs - g's service is great &
no money. 
But for my request it doesnt match.

Ne1 know any good values?
