Processing http://processing.org/ is a popular open source programming language and environment used by scientists and artists alike to to create images, animations, and interactive exhibits.

Built on the work of an earlier MIT Media Lab project, and initially developed to serve as a software sketchbook and to teach fundamentals of computer programming within a visual context, Processing has evolved into a tool for generating finished professional work. Today, there are tens of thousands of students, artists, designers, researchers, and hobbyists who use Processing for learning, prototyping, and production.

Processing is free, and cross-platform, running on Windows and Mac OS X, as well as Linux.

Gabriel Dunne is a designer at Tessellated Group LLC. Gabriel Dunne's work represents a continuous exploration of visual, audible, and physical frequencies in his process to remove separation between creative mediums. His work draws influence from natural systems, sensory patterns, structures and rhythms of the perceivable and imperceivable universe.
