The full title of this talk is "Loose Data Coupling: Design notes for the makers of compilers and interpreters, computer programmers, and system administrators".
Data is overwhelming the web and designers. Well thought out designs, like the iPhone and the iPad, remind us that scaling to the problem with the right tools will afford us elegant solutions. Making a clear, distinct separation between humans and devices is one tool. This can be done with knowledge that sometimes that separation is more art than science.
Jesse Monroy is head of development at LawrencesList.com, formerly ContractorsThriftStore.com
Meetings are open to the public and are free of charge.
