If you've got USB, you could do something with it. There should be a
few distros for this.
Daniel at a cabal installed on my Fujitsu CT-500 touch screen --
Moblin, now Meego. ( https://meego.com/ ) I use this machine as for
wireless mobile data entry. My office has three floors, I did not want
to wire the place. I barcode scan books and the back end server runs a
heuristic program to tell me if its worth buy/selling

I also have several librettos (64MB originally 2GB HD) and they run
freebsd 4.x. They used to be web servers. They had small drives, just
enough install the OS. They USB port extension save me.

They still make attachments for these things. Note:
