[svlug] fstab, fstab-sync and hald

Norm,

There should be an administration pull-down menu item setting whether to
do automounting.  I have to force my latest installation to not do this
every time I re-install.  The fun thing is that RedHat/Fedora like to
move these items around, so I can't give you blow-by-blow instructions on
how to find this item.  Just: it's usually there somewhere.
