[svlug] Old MB settings?

I have an old, (circa 2000,) server MB that is in good condition, and
installed Ubuntu on it. Everything works except that the machine will
not power off in response to a shutdown -P.

The relevant BIOS configuration:

    ACPI Function: ??
    PM Control by APM: ??
    PNP OS Installed: ??

Anyone have any ideas what the correct settings would be?
