It seems odd that you guys should offer _only_ Ubuntu, however.  
I mean, I understand why Oracle employees at Oracle-funded installfests
during LWCE would provide (if I recall correctly) only Oracle's Red Hat
variant -- both because they were there on company time and because the
event was focussed on platforms certified for Oracle RDBMS.

However, you guys are volunteers, on your _own_ time.  So, why are you 
acting like you were hired by Canonical, Ltd. Marketing?

This sort of thing was bad enough in the Nineties when a few LUGs turned
into, effectively, Red Hat Linux monopolies.  Didn't we learn from that?
Linux is bigger than Ubuntu-only, guys.  

I mean, I've been providing current versions of several _dozen_ Linux
and BSD distros[1], plus help installing any of them without prejudice,
at every CABAL meeting, twice a month, for something like twelve years.
It's not like it's difficult.
