[svlug] PHP script when file changes

Hey all,

I have a requirement to fire off a PHP script from the command 
line to process a file updated in a directory.

So I'll have 16 .csv files in a directory representing graph 
data, and every time one is updated (scp'd from a second 
server), the PHP script needs to open the file and create a 
new graph for it.

I've been Googling different keywords and stuff I thought 
might find what I'm looking for, but so far I'm not even 
hitting the broad side of the barn.

Any advice where to start would be great.
