This is a pretty large maintainince burden.  From experience, even just
requiring a confirmed email and a login goes a long way to helping 
prevent spam, but even so, you've got to watch the wiki.  they are not
maintainince free things.  


I mean, I like wikis;  that's how I document stuff at my own business.  
But, if you don't have someone watching the dang thing, you /will/ have 
a spam problem.
