[svlug] Screen capture/Demo maker?

Hey all,
I settled on recordmydesktop as the program to use. I tried
Istanbul but it doesn't work on my machine.
record... worked right away with sound, too, so it was easy to
get going.
I'd recommend it as the easiest way to get screen
capture/video up and going.
