And yet, the only portion of OS X where the licensing is particularly
relevant to their business model, the xnu kernel, is _not_ BSD-licensed,
but rather APSL-licensed.
In fact, most of the Apple-originated code in OSX is under APSL, which
is a copyleft licence.
