[svlug] prepend is not a word

I can't believe anyone would waste time arguing about ' prepend ' when some of the things that think they ' earned a degree in english ' from our 'universities ' mess up on the differences between the three letter verbs ' can ' and ' may ' .  [ what a horrid run-on-sentence ] And , I rarely both with spell-checkers as it's all silly .  - Bruce
