[svlug] need an uptime birthday script

How about a compromise -- put in a daily cron job
that will check the uptime, and if there's a birthday
coming up in the next 24 hours, sleep until the
birthday then send the mail?  If you reboot during
that 24 hours the process dies and the mail doesn't
get sent.
