Ah, that's better. I found the page with the submission calendar.

Submission Dates for 2008-2009

Currently, the Publisher submission deadlines are set at monthly
intervals and are as follows:

    * August 15, 2008
    * September 15, 2008
    * October 15, 2008
    * November 15, 2008
    * December 15, 2008
    * January 15, 2009
    * February 15, 2009
    * March 15, 2009
    * April 15, 2009
    * May 15, 2009

OK. Next I have to talk to them about getting XOs and other
inexpensive netbooks into the schools.

Illinois is interested in getting all of the states in one-to-one
computing together to share experience and costs. Lots to do.
