[svlug] Restricting FTP directory

Hey all,

We have a LAMP system that we want to allow clients FTP access 
to, but only their own specific directories, like say

public_html/clients/client_134

...and restrict them to no further up the tree than client_134.

I'm familiar with keeping users in their home dirs with 
/etc/chroot, but what about any sort of arbitrary directory 
like that?

Is that doable?
