[svlug] Organisational: SVLUG speakers after February

Normally, organi[sz]ational posts about SVLUG's internal affairs are
required to stay on the Volunteers mailing list. I'm posting here out
of necessity, anyway, because a key problem has cropped up; discussion
on Volunteers resulted in no action. Posting here makes sure the
general membership knows.
In short: SVLUG needs someone to take over lining up its speakers, or
we'll run out of scheduled monthly meeting speakers/topics in February
2010. That job should be pretty easy: There are almost _two years_ of
solid speaker leads on http://www.svlug.org/tba.php -- 21 of them.
Andrew Fife has done a fine job as speaker coordinator, but he's
recently left office. Nobody has (yet) taken over.
Also, his and Lisa Corsetti's two-year terms of office as SVLUG
President and VP expired at the December 2009 meeting. Those offices
are now vacant, and await interested parties.
On account of the situation, I've removed this rule from
http://lists.svlug.org/lists/listinfo/svlug , for a while:
<em>Do not post on SVLUG organisational matters</em>:
Such topics belong solely on the separate
<a href="http://lists.svlug.org/lists/listinfo/volunteers">Volunteers</a>
list.
