That doesn't prove anything; Ubuntu practice is to use traditional
process names even when using a substitute program.  For example
process ID #1 is called "init" but it's actually not the traditional
"init" at all - something called "upstart" has replaced it.  You need
to look at what packages are installed instead.

Look at the man pages for anacron and anacrontab and the file
/etc/anacrontab to get started if that's what you're running.
