The problem I have with that is that we have an implicit
ownership, that in itself is something I don't want. I truly
want my code to be open and free, that anyone could take, use,
modify, redistribute, profit from, or include in other works
they would do the same. I would encourage them to provide
sources for additional works, but not require it. I would leave
it up to the person to do as they see fit.

I learned how to sail on a Victory 21...first boat I was able to
single hand out of the harbor, and back safely by myself...:-)
But the difference is that YES, I want to give it away! I want
it to be free. To date, the BSD license seems to get me pretty
close, but it has a copyright on the code.
I'm willing to take full responsibility for any liability and/or
infringement it may cause, so I'm not looking to evade anything
in regards to such, I just want the code to be open and free.
