I like this license.

I 'spose one can still argue the Tragedy of the Commons, but I 
am not a supported of implicit restriction to prevent free use 
of software.

The way licensing has been going, seems more like Riparian 
Rights, for lack of a better analogy (water rights). I mean this 
in regard to "reasonable use".

Software that is truly open and free should have no "reasonable 
use" clause, IMO. In short, modern licenses that place implicit 
restrictions are trying to work around the Tragedy of the Common 
dilemma, in at least some cases. I think this can be said for 
the GPL, for better or worse.

I like the above license because it looks like a truly open and 
free license (that and it's short enough for most engineers to 
read and finish in one sitting:-). Isn't that what we should 
strive for?

I'm sure there's flaws in my thinking...
