[svlug] Newbie distro

The latest MEPIS got my wireless but needs codex tweaking. ELIVE got the wireless on my Toshiba a205 with t2330 laptop, so that's a nice Debian option after you add KDE or whatever. Often Mint KDE gives me good codex coverage but I disliked the last one I tried. I'm still enduring permissions bugs on my mega-modified Fedora. I'm reluctantly mentioning my http://b.coston.googlepages.com
