I took a really quick look.  It looks a little redundant to California  
Costal Cleanup Day (which I have participated in for the past few  
years, even co-captained a team once!)

I wonder why no-one has started a "Don't litter in the first place you  
brainless morons!" movement... oh yeah, that just doesn't have the  
same feelgood appeal as Clean Up the World and Costal Cleanup Day.
