It's common for our listadmins ("moderators") to process the admin queue
before reading mailing list mail.  And even when we do that in the reverse 
order, we might not recognise that your held post is the same as one we
read while going through mailing lists.

Therefore, if you get notified that something you sent has been held,
e.g., because you sent it from a non-subscribed address, and it then
becomes unwanted, e.g., because you re-posted as above, _please_ cancel
the held post.  That's why you get sent a hyperlink for that purpose.
