good list of techie stuff ...

- i see you too left off the silly and implied job descriptions that seems
  to occupy in one form or another up to 50% - 75% of potential employer's
  job descriptions along with their alphabet soup of techie requirements:
	- good communications skills
	- get along with everybody  ... ( i say, not possible )

	- and BS/MS/PhD stuff is "nice to have too", but some good admins
	don't have college backgrounds in lieu of "Knowledge/Collge of Hard Knocks"

- for me ... i like the "lock um up in the room and let's see what comes out"
  philosphy ... aka a live test of what is presumably the job requirement or
  what they claim on their resume
