Hi, Larry.  I notice you CCed Joe on your posting, which is very mildly
problematic because he's not subscribed -- and of course, he replied,
which has caused his posting to be held as a non-subscribed posting.  In
future, please consider sending your post and then forwarding it
separately to non-subscribed people you'd like to see it.
