... which is useless for things like zip files, which change most of
the bytes if you change a single byte early in the unzipped data.
Also, binary files for things like OpenOffice or Microsoft Word often
change many bytes if you make a small change to the document.
It doesn't sound like svndiff handles either, which is no surprise, it
can't read minds.
