   best i can tell from this, it seems rick's 
criticism was mainly on target: be sure in 
advance that the location really is available 
and do not rely on notes on doors in the case 
of last-minute problems. 
   perhaps there's not a great need for a 
well-written rebuttal to his comments. this 
note surely shows your concern and the 
likelihood that next time will work better.
