[Snipping your cross-post.]

Quoting Skip Evans (skip at bigskypenguin.com):

<hat="listadmin">
You suddenly decided to introduce this charmer:

> Cc: svlug at lists.svlug.org, volunteers at lists.svlug.org

That's immediately after I said:

To be answered on volunteers at lists.svlug.org, where all SVLUG
organisational matters get addressed, including mailing list
   administration.

That was because, as a reminder, organisational matters must be confined
to the Volunteers mailing list, so they don't clutter up this mailing
list.[1] So, wow, just after I reminded you to post such queries _only_
there, you decided to crosspost _between_ those two mailing lists --
twice the dumbness in one neat package.

Kindly do not do either of those things again.

Calling our listadmins names is harmless; if you have to pick a specific
way to screw up, that's much better than cross-posting between
Volunteers and svlug at lists.svlug.org.

[1] See, for example, this prominent notice near the top of
http://lists.svlug.org/lists/listinfo/svlug:
"_Do not post on SVLUG organisational matters_: Such topics
belong solely on the separate Volunteers [link] list."
