[svlug] Electing the next set of officers

If folks like consensus based governance then make them co-presidents, or
co-clerks...  Although that would require some personality filtering as
some fraction of people can't work that way, or can't work that way with
some other fraction of people.

So folks could run for office, state their platform and after everyone
has thrown in their hat they could each have a chance to say... btw, I
probably can't co-clerk with X or Y...
