We've been unable to locate any SLA between yourself and SVLUG
regarding server downtime.

Please let me know if there is one, and fax me a copy, and henceforth
I'll be happy to ensure that SVLUG volunteers notify you _personally_
regarding any planned or unplanned server outages.

Otherwise... get back in that long line of volunteers that could have
done something about that dying server years ago.
