[svlug] Governance Meeting Reminder

I've said this before, but unless you (Paul) want your administration to
continue to appear to be an oligarchy, you and your choice for VP should
have an extremely limited role in the management or so called
'authorization' of this process.
And from browsing the thread I believe that Warren joined the Governance
effort after Mark had made large contributions.
