Yep, same experience here. There are lots of applicants, but whether they
actually qualified is a different matter.
There are lots of people with experience installing from distro CDs... on
home peecees and setting up home networks. That's not the same thing as
corp networks. They also picked up bad habits from setting up home
systems. Ugh.
