I'm not a debian user, but I would guess you could get the source package and
have a look to see what that post uninstall script is trying to do and fix the
problem so that it will succeed. First guess would be that it's trying to
remove the nessus user which may not exist?
If you can't find the source package, then strace is likely your friend.
