[svlug] Free SSL certificate?

At the last EBLUG meeting I heard that Firefox was interegrating the public
certificate of a group that does free signings -- as of Firefox 2.0.
Currently an SSL certificate costs $30 USD. This is a large price for a
hobbyist... I wouldn't mind low security certs (128-bit). If anyone knows,
please respond back.
