[svlug] ISSUE: SVLUG's continued status with SBAY

I think that could work really well.  I'm not sure about the location 
change, have to see what people think.. but commuting to that location 
might be easier.  We had a little over 500 people last year.. to give you 
an idea of the size.  http://www.linuxpicnic.org (if you hadn't heard of 
it before).  I think it's important that it remain the volunteer run and 
feel to it though.. definitely has that close welcoming community feel to 
it.

BayLISA is definitely open to working with other groups and organizations.
