[svlug] ISSUE: SVLUG's continued status with SBAY

Question:  If SVLUG takes the conservative approach of staying with SBAY
for now, will it be able to pull out in the future if pulling out looks 
like the better course of action?

Is there any compelling reason to not take such a "wait and see" approach?
