Yes, in my capacity as an SBAY board member I was going to do this.
However with the status of the SBAY-SVLUG relationship in limbo I felt
it would be best to wait until the current crisis was resolved before

SBAY board member to be helping with the charter.
(Also in that case, as I would have no further interest in SBAY (since
SVWUX and Stratofox are not organizations that I am involved in), I
would most likely resign from the SBAY board.)
