Your system is trying to bring up only eth0.

However, the system detects eth1 and eth2.

You need to make syslinks of eth1 and eth2 in /etc/init.d, like
# cd /etc/init.d
# ln -s net.eth1 net.lo
# ln -s net.eth2 net.lo

Then try
# /etc/init.d/net.eth1 start
# /etc/init.d/net.eth2 start

If they work, do
# rc-update add net.eth1 default
# rc-update add net.eth2 default
