Don't you know, Open Source and open document formats are bad, and will
cost us taxpayers lots of money?
I couldn't find the specific articles I noticed in my RSS feeds at home,
but a quick Google found some David Coursey articles over at eWeek which
seem to be poo-poo'ing the idea:
