I've been very happy with Speakeasy DSL since I switched to them in 
October (from SBC DSL).  They have excellent support folks, and a wide 
range of plans.  They don't mind if you run servers at home, offer 
static IPs, and even have an option to let you share your DSL with 
neighbors (and they handle the billing etc).  The 6Mbps/768Kbps plan is 
what I have, but they have basic 768Kbps/128Kbps as well.
