having worked as an election inspector more than once and also having bothered to learn about vote counting algorithms: I have to say I find an overwhelming reason to go electronic as the plurality system constitutes a disinfranchisement without any need for cracking. At this point not using a condorcet method is unexcusable, but understandable given how people are inurred against knowledge. Of the web sites I prefer condorcet.org as I find the fewest errors there, look out for the wiki, be wary of claims that a method satisfies both resistsance to strategic voting and determinism. Sequoia seems honest enough but Diebold looks crooked.
