The NT kernel looked like it was doing rather well - for a MS product.
 Actually, Windows 2k was rather good, meaning half-reasonably stable.
 Then with XP everything went deja vu win98se all over again (yeah,
that bad.)

That was a *really* optimistic view, as well.
