[svlug] How to change file associations?

FC3/Gnome: How to change file associations? 

Ghostview is the default app for opening .ps and .pdf. 
It doesn't do a good job with .pdf. I want to change the 
default to Acroread. How? 

Gnome -> Preferences -> Preferred Apps ... nothing
.gnome/... nothing obvious.

Where do I go to change this?
